Gown Timing & Rush Fees

Made to Measure

Shipping

Our standard timeline is 3+ months. Rush orders: 12 weeks ($500 fee), Super Rush: 8 weeks ($700 fee).

Rush and Super-rush orders are subject to availability and must be approved by The Bridal Maison before the deposit is placed.

Our Made to Measure service means your gown is created using your individual proportions and height to improve the overall proportional fit of the gown.

While this allows us to create a gown specifically for your measurements, Made to Measure does not guarantee a perfect fit. Alterations are still expected and may be necessary to achieve your desired final fit.

The Bridal Maison ships worldwide from Seattle, Washington.

United States:

Priority shipping with signature confirmation — $75

International:

Shipping typically ranges from $120–$170, depending on destination.

Shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

If your local seamstress determines that your gown is unalterable or unable to achieve a good fit, we will work with you to determine whether a remake is appropriate.

Please contact The Bridal Maison team as soon as possible after meeting with your seamstress if there are concerns regarding the fit or alterations.

Remake

Alterations

Alterations are expected with every gown.

The Bridal Maison does not provide alteration services. Brides are responsible for scheduling their alterations and covering all alteration costs after gown pickup.

We strongly recommend booking your seamstress 8–12 weeks before your wedding date to allow sufficient time for fittings and adjustments.

Please contact your local bridal seamstress or tailor directly regarding their availability, timeline, and pricing. The Bridal Maison is unable to provide alteration estimates.

Please budget separately for alterations when planning your gown investment.

Returns & Refunds

All The Bridal Maison gowns are final sale.

Gowns are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

All sample sales are final.

By placing your order and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to our gown policies.
